Contains pure Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) with added vitamin B6.
Ingredients: arginine alpha-ketoglutarate; pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Recommended daily intake: dissolve 1 serving of powder in 150 ml of water. Consume 5 g (1 scoop) before training, 2.5 g (1/2 scoop) after training. On non-workout days, 1/2 scoop before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption.
