Food supplement. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.
Ingredients: Melatonin; bulking agent - inulin; cellulose capsule (HPMC).
Recommended use: Take 1 capsule, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime or otherwise after consulting a doctor. Do not use while driving, do not combine with alcohol and other drugs. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
