Ingredients: Whey protein isolate (from milk), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. The product may contain egg whites and nuts.
Preparation: dissolve 1 portion (35 g - 3 scoops of powder) in 100-200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
Recommended use: Training days: 1-3 servings a day (in the morning after waking up, after training and before bedtime). Non-training days: 1-3 servings. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
